The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.07.2026 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dharashiv, whereby respondent No. 5 is declared Senior of the petitioner upon an objection/complaint made by respondent No. 5. 2. The primary objection is made by the learned AGP that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by the Committee which is constituted under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, issued by the School Education and Sports Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. 3. The learned advocate for the petitioner in response to the objection raised by the learned AGP submits that in fact he had already approached the Committee on 18.07.2026. A copy of the application made to the Committee is placed on record even a reminder dated 2 920wp13772.26.odt 07.09.2026 is also placed on record. According to him, inspite of approaching the Grievance Committee and submitting a reminder as well, still there is no decision in the application filed by the petitioner. Since the petitioner has already approached the Committee, the Grievance Committee shall decide the application filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of this order. 4.
