Shevgaon, in fact got executed sale deed instead of mortgage deed for granting loan of Rs.11 lakhs to the petitioner. It is to be noted that the petitioner did not raise any objection while executing sale deed and subsequently filed representation to the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies with allegation that respondent nos.7 and 8 by misrepresentation got the sale 2026:BHC-AUG:47737-DB 1532.22WP 2 deed executed of the property of the petitioner instead of mortgage deed. However, the direction in this petition for registration of criminal offences cannot be entertained since the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, appears to be proper authority to redress the grievance of the petitioner, if any. 3] Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition at least for the prayer to initiate criminal action.
