DATE : 17th JULY, 2026 P.C. : 1) Learned A.G.P. submitted that, the Hon’ble Minister for Revenue has decided the R.T.S. Application No.3424 of 2024, by its Order dated 1st August, 2024. 2) She tendered across the bar a photocopy of Order dated 1st August, 2024, alongwith covering letter dated 7th August, 2024, purportedly addressed to the Petitioner and to the Respondent Nos.6 and 7. A photocopy of the said Order is handed over today to the learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner. 1/2 KSG 31-WP-8611-2026.doc 3) Mr. Godbole, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, the said Order was never communicated to his client until yesterday. He therefore seeks a direction from this Court to the Secretary of the concerned Department to give inspection of the record of the said file to verify whether said covering letter along with its attachment was in fact dispatched from the office of the Revenue Department within a reasonable period from the date of passing of the said Order. 4) We grant liberty to the Petitioner to file such an Application before the concerned Authority seeking inspection of the record. 5) As the Hon’ble Minister has already decided R.T.S. Application No.3424 of 2024, by its Order dated 1st August, 2024, the grievance of the Petitioner as expressed in the Petition, as of today does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
