Heard Mr. Brijesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of S.T. (Session Trial) No. 223 of 2025 (State Vs. Pawan Patel and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 36 of 2024, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 325, 308, 304 I.P.C., Police Station Rampur, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Jaunpur, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the said case F.I.R. is of the year 2024 and 28.06.2025 is the date fixed for charge before the concerned trial court and prayed that the matter may be expedited. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
