It is the grievance of the petitioner that the land was earlier recorded in the name of the ancestor of this petitioner, but in 1979 survey the same got recorded in the name of the Government. 3. During course of argument, it has been admitted by the petitioner that a civil suit is already pending. Since a civil suit is pending, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner should pursue the said civil suit. It is expected that the revenue authorities will abide by the judgment and decree passed in the civil suit. 4.
