Taking into consideration of the plea made by the petitioner, this Court called for a report from the learned Judge as to the time required to dispose of the suit. A report has been submitted by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.1 (FAC), Usilampatti. He has stated that, as he has been holding full additional charge, he is able to sit in court only once a week, i.e., every Friday, and that it would take approximately nine months to dispose of the suit. 3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed off. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.143 of 2018 within a period of nine months from today.
