This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner in connection with F.I.R. No.375/2024, registered with the Police Station Sadar Gangapur City, District Gangapur City, for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 74, 333, 351(3) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per the contents of the First Information Report, the accused-petitioner along with co-accused, Rajneesh, entered into the house of the complainant and made attack over the wife of the complainant. 4.
