3. By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:
“a) Pass an order allowing the present writ and issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, This is a digitally signed order. directing Respondent No. 1 (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India) to consider, examine and dispose of the complaints dated 03.07.2026 and 04.07.2026 bearing Complaint Registration Nos. IBBI/C/2026/01934 and IBBI/C/2026/01940 respectively, submitted by Petitioner No.1 and Petitioner No.3 against Respondent No.3, by passing reasoned and speaking orders, strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the Rules and Regulations framed thereunder, within a time-bound period, preferably within 2 weeks as may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court; and/or; b) Direct Respondent No. 1 to consider all documents, records, evidence and material placed on record by the Petitioners, including the documents annexed to the present Writ Petition, while deciding the Complaints dated 03.07.2026 and 04.07.2026 submitted by the Petitioner No.1 and Petitioner No.3; c) Direct Respondent No. 1 to pass and communicate the reasoned and speaking order on the Petitioner's Complaint/Representation dated 03.07.2026 and 04.07.2026 to the respective Petitioners; d) Pass an ex-parte ad-interim order barring/ suspending Mr, Narender Sharma from officiating any further business in insolvency of Spaze Towers Private Limited till such time the IBBI returns its findings...”
4. Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 3accepts notice. 5.
No one appeared on behalf of remaining respondents, when the matter was taken up for hearing. 6. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the complaints filed by the petitioners before IBBI be decided within a period of six weeks from date, as per rules and regulations, under intimation to the petitioners herein. 7.
