The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed the same on the ground that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition. 3. In view of the same, this Court does not find any reason to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2366 of 2026 dated 03.02.2026. 4.
