The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-12600-2025, whereby without commenting upon the merits of the case, writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decid the representation dated 11.03.2025 filed by the petitioner. 2. Notice of motion. 3. On asking of the Court, Mr. Ravneet S. Joshi, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that representation of the petitioner has been decided and license for ticketing agent, consultency and travel agency has been granted to the petitioner by the Addtional District Magistrate, Kapurthala, vide Licence No.98/MC-1/MA/DM/KPT/2018.
