Consequently, as per the direction of J.J.B, Mana Camp, Raipur, the remand papers were transferred to Special Court NDPS, Raipur and the accused was lodged in the Women Cell, Raipur Jail. 3. Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision with liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum. 4.
