Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 25.07.2026, issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copies of office orders dated 08.05.2026 and 25.07.2026 passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of office order dated 25.07.2026, passed by the Deputy. Director of School Education (Elem.) Una, Distt. Una (HP). The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforementioned office orders reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 09.01.2026, passed in CWP No.965 of 2026, titled, Hardeep 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Kumar & others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & another, has been complied with, except in case of petitioner No.7, namely Nisha. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, except for petitioner No.7, namely Nisha. However, it is made clear that in case the benefits are not released in favour of the petitioners including petitioner No.7, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
