By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: “a. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to consider all three appeals filed under Delhi Right to Information Act, 2001which was submitted by petitioner to the Respondent No. 1 through speed post-dated 09.04.2026 against the respondent No. 2 to 4 and dispose of the same after inquiry by passing speaking order and copy of the complete enquiry reported be also provided to the petitioner in accordance with law, in interest of Justice. b. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the appeal given through speed post dated 09.04.2026 and impose appropriate penalty ’ upon the respondent no. 2, 3 and 4 as per Section9 of DRTI Act, 2001.” 2. Issue notice. The learned CGSC accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1. Mr. Nitin Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4. 3.
