Case No. 68/2023. The husband of the informant was assaulted by unknown persons resulting in his death. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of the co-accused consequent to which the petitioner had also confessed. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2024. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with Arki P.S.
