The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, after obtaining a due token, when the petitioner attempted to present the document for registration, the same was refused by way of an oral order. 3. Upon such presentation, the document shall be received, processed, and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law. (ii) The parties shall act on the basis of a web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy.
