By this application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 the petitioner Hussain Ahmed Barbhuyan has prayed for release on bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 100/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Sessions/Special Judge, Cachar. The charge sheet has been filed under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act. Page No.# 2/2 It appears that no witnesses have been examined by the learned Trial Court till now. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that let at least 3 (three) witnesses be examined first and thereafter, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court for seeking bail.
