Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioners are praying for execution of the judgment dated 10.01.2024, passed by this Court in CWP No.371 of 2024, titled Rakhi Sharma & Ors. Versus State of Himachal Pradesh & others. A perusal of the said judgment demonstrates that all that this Court had ordered was that the petitioners were permitted to file representation with the Authorities with further direction to the Authorities to decide the same. Record demonstrates that in compliance to the judgment passed by this Court, the Authorities have decided the representation. 2. The grievance of the petitioners arises from the said order now passed by the Authorities, as according to the petitioners, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:30646 the Authorities had not granted all the reliefs to which the petitioners were entitled for. 3. This Court is of the considered view that in light of this development, this is not a case of execution because it is not as if the orders passed by this Court have not been complied with by the Authorities and as the grievance now arises from the orders subsequently passed by the Authorities, the petitioners if so advised, have to assail the correctness of that order by way of independent petition. 4. At this stage, a prayer is made that the petitioners be allowed to withdraw the execution petition with liberty to assail the orders passed by the Authorities. 5. The petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for. The petition stands disposed of, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
