Issue a writ of mandamus, or such other appropriate writ or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, directing the Respondent No. 1 to release an amount of Rs. 75,00,000 to the Petitioner, being the amount of court fee directed to be refunded by this Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 11.02.2020 in CS (Comm) 1079/ 2018...” 2. Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 accepts notice. 3. No one is present on behalf of the respondent no. 2 despite being served advance notice. 4. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the respondents This is a digitally signed order.
