Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants-State submits that the impugned order dated 25.03.2025 was merely an interim order and that the writ petition is still pending adjudication. In light of aforesaid limited prayer, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction to the learned Single Bench to decide the application for vacation of stay in an expeditious manner.
