2. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India has placed on record copy of Office Memorandum dated 15.05.2026, wherein it has been stated as under:-
“In view of the above, upon examination in terms of the criteria laid down under clause 7.3 of the Scheme, the Committee was of the view that the unit was not prima-facie eligible for consideration. Additionally, in the absence of any budgetary allocation, the Committee was of the view that the application could not be considered eligible.”
3. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and, accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of. Notice discharged.
4. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, as available to it under the law.
