3. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:
“It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ / order / direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent no.2 (The Registrar, chief information commissioner) to list and hear the Appeal filed by the Petitioner on 02.04.2025 against Diary No.111354/2025 registered as File No.CIC/DELJB/A/2025/111354 which was duly registered in theoffice of the Respondent No.2 on 02.04.2025 titled“ALKA DHINGRAVS. PIO, DJB”, This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. at an early date by providing personal hearing to the petitioner and dispose of the appeal in at time bound manner as also compliance of the order.”
4. Issue notice. The learned SPC accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 and 2/UOI. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the RTI application which was filed on November, 2024, and the second appeal filed on 13.01.2025, have not been decided yet. 6. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner in addition to the second appeal filed on 13.01.2025, and the respondents are directed to decide the same, within a period of one week from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 7. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 8.
In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition. 9. The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. DR.
