The office has raised objection that the share of the plaintiff was valued at Rs.10,00,000/- and therefore, the appeal is not maintainable before this Court. 3. In view of Section 19(1) of the Karnataka Civil Courts Act, 1964, the appeal is to be field before the District Court and not before this Court. 4.
