The instant application has been filed by the applicant/respondent No.1 for release of the decretal amount,
which
stands
deposited
by
the non-applicants/appellants. In has been contended in the application that the aforesaid Regular Second Appeal stands decided on 17.6.2024 and as per his knowledge, the non- applicants/appellants have not assailed the said
judgment before the competent Court of law.
Learned
counsel
for
the non-applicants/appellants submits that he has no objection in case the present application is allowed and the entire decretal amount is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the instant application is allowed and the entire decretal amount alongwith upto date interest is ordered to be
released in favour of the applicant, details whereof is annexed with the application as Annexure A-1. The application stands disposed of. (Romesh Verma) Judge
