The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for commanding the respondents to release the honorarium/salary of the petitioner w.e.f. November, 2025 along with arrears and consequential benefits for the period during which the petitioner has continuously discharged her duties as Anganwadi Helper and further for commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue on the post of Anganwadi Helper at Anganwadi Centre Charyalla District Rajouri. 2. Notice to the respondents. 3. Mr. Meharban Singh, learned AAG waives notice. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner as projected in the writ petition and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. Mr. Meharban Singh, learned AAG submits that a speaking order shall be passed regarding the grievance of the petitioner as projected in the writ petition. Serial No. 147 2 WP(C) No. 2108/2026 6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioners as projected in the writ petition and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
