The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case as the goat of the petitioner entered into the wheat crop field of the informant and grazed the crop and for that the altercation took place between the petitioner side and the informant side. He also submits that the allegation of assault is not against the petitioner and false allegation is made against the husband of this petitioner to snatch the gold locket. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 18 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations of altercation are there and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the petitioner is a lady and from the FIR, it transpires that goat of this petitioner has entered into the wheat crop field of the informant and grazed the same and for that the altercation took place and the allegation of assault is not against the petitioner and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 18 of the petition, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:18125 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, she shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S.
