2026:JHHC:18086-DB IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 665 of 2026 Md. Kamruddin @ Sadna, aged about 36 years, son of Sami Ullah, resident of village Mirzapur Bardah, P.O. Dariyapur, P.S. Mufassil (Munger), District Munger (Bihar). …. Appellant Versus The State of Jharkhand …. …. Respondent --- CORAM: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rongon Mukhopadhyay Hon’ble Mr. justice Arun Kumar Rai For the Appellant: Mr. Sudhansu Kumar Deo, Advocate For the Resp.-State: A.P.P. --- 02/ 22.06.2026 Heard Mr. Sudhansu Kumar Deo, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 28.01.2026, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge- V, Giridih in B.P. No. 33/2026, arising out of Gandey P.S. Case No. 63/2025 whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that on a search conducted in the house of Shayar Ali @ Sayar Ali, several persons including the present appellant were apprehended and it was detected that a mini gun factory was being run in the said premises. 4. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 20.11.2025 and charge has already been framed in the 2026:JHHC:18086-DB present case, but regard being had to the presence of the appellant at the time of manufacturing of guns and recovery of a huge quantity of incriminating materials relating to manufacturing of guns, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 28.01.2026 and consequently, this appeal stands dismissed at this stage.
