Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order Annexure P-1 dated 18/19.11.2025 passed by the respondents-department wherein claim of petitioner for subsistence allowance during the period of suspension has been rejected. 2. Perusal of order Annexure P-1 would show that petitioner did not cause his presence at the place of posting. Ld. counsel for petitioner made an attempt to submit that the higher officers have cautioned the incoming and outgoing PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 receipt section to not to accept any document from the petitioner and therefore petitioner has forwarded a letter/ application through registered post. Petitioner has also given intimation to the authorities that his son was suffering from mental illness and he has to take care of his son and therefore petitioner could not give his presence at the place of posting, however, no document(s) in this regard has been enclosed along with writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file better constituted petition along with all supporting documents. 4.
