Learned State counsel submits that the total payable amount to the petitioner i.e. Rs.10,81,410/- has already been paid to the petitioner and the cheque of the said amount along with other documents have already been filed. 3. In reply to the contention made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has been received by the petitioner, as such the order has been complied and the contempt petition has become infructuous. 4.
