At this stage of the proceedings, we do not want to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and we therefore, dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to approach the Karnataka Land Grabbing Court and file appropriate application seeking discharge. If the petitioner files the application for discharge within a period of 15 days from today, the Land Grabbing Court is directed to consider the discharge application expeditiously in accordance with law.
