This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “a. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus (or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction) directing Respondent No. 1 (NTA) to present and show the Original OMR Sheet of the petitioner and award marks for two questions if discrepancy found. b. Issue Directions to constitute an independent technical expert committee or Special Investigation Team or Judicial This is a digitally signed order. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had marked question Nos. 143 and 161 with option Nos. 4 and 3 respectively, which were the correct answers. 3. However, the downloaded OMR sheet shows the petitioner having marked option Nos. 3 and 1 to question Nos. 143 and 161 respectively. 4. For the said reasons, the respondent No. 1/NTA was directed to produce the original OMR sheet which has been brought to the Court and has been perused by me as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. The answer to question No. 143 is shown as option No. 3 and to question No. 161, it is shown as option No. 1 as marked by the petitioner. 6. For the said reasons, Mr. Hela, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press the present petition and hence, the same is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
