Perusal of the record reveals that vide no.2 dated 11.06.2026 passed in this case, the petitioners were admitted to bail in in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2026 but because of printing error, in the said order, the P.S. Case has been wrongly printed as Pithoria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2006 in the first paragraph as well as in the operative portion of the order instead of the correct P.S.Case being Pithoria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2026. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order no.2 dated 11.06.2026 passed in this case is modified to the extent that the words ‘Pithoria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2006’ mentioned in the first paragraph as well as in the operative paragraph of the said no.2 dated 11.06.2026 be read as ‘Pithoria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2026’ and this order be treated as part of the order no.2 dated 11.06.2026. The order no.2 dated 11.06.2026 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
