Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 25.07.2026, issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of office
order dated 25.07.2026, passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elem.) Una, Distt. Una (HP), which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 25.07.2026, reveals that the petitioners have been allowed the benefit of revised pay scale, subject to final outcome of LPA and other legal remedies. The Principals/ Head Masters where the petitioners are working have been directed to fix 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 the pay of the petitioners for the period they served on contract basis, till their regularization, subject to final outcome of LPA.
3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 09.01.2026, passed by this Court in CWP No.885 of 2026, titled, Joginder Singh & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, subject to the final outcome of the LPA, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand
