He further submits that despite pendency of aforesaid revenue case, the respondent No. 4 has directed the petitioner to vacate the land. Therefore, he prays that, this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to decide the case expeditiously within stipulated period, and till then, interim protection may be granted to the petitioner with regard to the subject land. 2 Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 3 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4 Since the Revenue Case No. 202406280400061/ A-68 year 2023-24 is pending consideration before respondent No. 4/Tehsildar, Pendra Road since June, 2024, and perusal of order sheets shows that no material proceeding has been done except giving dates, therefore, having considered the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4/Tehsildar Pendra Road to decide the aforesaid revenue case in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt / 3 submission of a copy of this order. Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner in respect of the subject land. 5 With aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
