The Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of direction to the respondents to decide his representation. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner was allotted Shop No.7 situated at PH No.20, Khasra No.198/1 by Gram BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.02.25 10:19:38 +0530 2 Panchayat Lingiyadih. However, said shop has been removed by the respondent authorities on the ground that it was an illegal encroachment. Learned counsel further submits that since the shop was allotted to the petitioner by the then Gram Panchayat, Lingiyadih, its demolition by the respondent authorities is illegal. It is further submitted that the petitioner filed application dated 07.4.2025 (Annexure-P/1) before the respondent authorities seeking allotment of an alternative shop in the commercial complex constructed in the Lingiyadih area under Zone No. 7. However, the said application has not yet been decided. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.3 to decide the application (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioner, within a period stipulated by this Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 & 4 submits that since the petitioner was found to be illegal encroacher on the Government land, his shop has been removed. He further submits that the application dated 07.4.2025 (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for the State also supports the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.3 & 4. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.3 to decide the application (Annexure-P/3) filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 3 7.
