This writ petition is dismissed for lack of essential particulars to the extent that the petitioners have not even mentioned the khasra number/s of Village Putushai Lolab, District Kupwara, wherein they claim to be having their residential houses adjacent to which the high voltage transmission line is said to be in the process of being laid, as such, the writ petition, in its present form, cannot be maintained except resulting in wastage of time. 2. However, the writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to come up with a fresh writ petition, provided the same comes up with true and full disclosure of facts with respect to the ownership of the land of the petitioners whereupon the residential houses are constructed, which are 132 Suppl-I now being threatened by the passing of the high transmission line. 3. In the event of fresh writ petition being filed a certified copy of this writ petition along with certified copy of this order be annexed without fail.
