This bail application has been filed on behalf of Chandrashekhar Murmu who is in custody since 23.10.2025 in connection with Masalia P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Dumka, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that no arms has been seized from his conscious physical possession and only allegation against him is one country made loaded pistol was seized from Scorpio vehicle in which he was driver. It is also submitted that he has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
