The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure-P/1), by which the respondent No. 3 has informed the petitioner that her pension case cannot be completed because of pendency of writ petition bearing WPS No. 3757 of 2020. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since WPS No. 3757 of 2020 has been finally decided by this Court, therefore, the impugned order dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure-P/1) be also quashed. 3. Learned counsel for the State supported the impugned order dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure-P/1). 4. Heard learned counsel appearing for parties, considered their rival submissions made herein-above and went through the records with utmost circumspection. 5. In view of the order passed in WPS No. 3757 of 2020, the impugned order dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure-P/1) is hereby quashed.
