According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on a complaint lodged by the wife of the second petitioner, the father-in-law as well as the husband are being harassed by the third respondent police. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners further submits that the second petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5093 of 2026 and an order was passed on 11.03.2026 referring the issue to Mediation and there was a direction to the respondent police not to arrest the petitioner till 20.04.2026. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4.
