Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication and office order dated 24.07.2026, passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 24.07.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.41,600/-, after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 remedies. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 24.07.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.11867 of 2025, titled, Rajneesh Kaundal and Anr. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Anr., in respect of petitioner who was arrayed as petitioner No.2 has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
