Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record. 3. It appears that there are some matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.1. After giving birth to a girl child, the respondent No.1 left the matrimonial home and staying with her parents at Rajamahendravaram along with the girl child. It is pending from 2024. It appears that the petitioner did not file any interlocutory application in the said G.O.P. seeking interim directions for visitation rights. 4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, considering the request of the petitioner being the father of the two (02) years old girl child and taking into his sentiments as a father, this Court intends to dispose of this civil revision petition, requesting the learned Principal District Judge, East 4 Godavari, Rajamahendravaram to dispose of G.O.P.No.97 of 2024 on its file as expeditiously as possible. 5.
