GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE 3 The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. The issuance of notice to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 is dispensed with as no prejudice would cause even if it is disposed of in their absence. 3. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and their subordinate staff in seeking to dispossess the petitioner from her house property bearing Door No.2-72/A situated in an extent of Ac.0.05 cents in Sy.No.56 of Vutla Village, Rampachodavaram Mandal, Polavaram District. 4. On the other hand the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 2nd respondent dated 07.04.2026 submits that the possession of the writ petitioner has not been disturbed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents and their subordinate staff and it is only an allegation leveled for the purpose of this writ petition. They are no way concerned about the subject property of this writ petitioner. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and recording the said written instructions dated 07.04.2026, as they are not interfering with the subject property as on date, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. It is made clear that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall proceed with the subject property in an extent of Ac.0.05 cents 4 in Sy.No.56 of Vutla Village, Rampachodavaram Mandal, Polavaram District, strictly in accordance with law if so warranted for any public purpose. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE B.
