The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dandai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2026, registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 352, 351 (2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He next submits that altercation took place due to land dispute. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioners assaulted the son of the informant and pursuant to that three fingers of his hand were severed and there was fracture of left thumb. 5. In the F.I.R there is direct allegation against the accused persons of assault upon the son of the informant and pursuant to that there was amputation of three fingers while fracture of left thumb was also found. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
