Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 25.07.2026 and copy of office order dated 23.07.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that in compliance with the judgment passed by this Court on 23.09.2025 in CWP No.2513 of 2024, titled, Hem Chand vs. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 State of Himachal Pradesh & Others, the Director of School Education has passed the office order. 3. Since the mandate contained in the aforementioned judgment sought to be executed has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner strictly as per the directions passed by this Court in the judgment sought to be executed, within a period of eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
