Present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2026.02.20 11:01:40 +0530 Crmp 474 of 2026 2 “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.357/2025 of Police Station Tilda Newra, Raipur, District Raipur in offence under Section 105, 238(B), & 3(5) of BNS and its further consequences against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that pursuant to order dated 13.02.2026, affidavit has been filed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Rajnandgaon. Learned State counsel further submits that return has also been filed by the State. As the accused could not be contacted, hence there is delay in filing the final Report, as has been reflected in the affidavit filed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, District-Rajnandgaon, and the charge-sheet has already been filed in the case on 17.02.2026. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel would submit that petitioner has already been released on bail during trial. 4. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the charge-sheet. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
