The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 27.01.2016 (Annexure P/1) issued by the Respondent No. 2, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to reimburse the deducted amount and consider the claim representations (Annexure P/9) of the petitioner for seeking to reimburse the balance amount of Rs. 1,95,655/- with due interest at the rate of 12% per annum, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representation before the Respondent No. 2 raising his grievance as raised in this writ petition which till date is pending consideration and therefore, at this stage, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representations dated 10.07.2023, 01.04.2025, 21.05.2025 & 24.07.2025 at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider and take 3 decision on the representations, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representations dated 10.07.2023, 01.04.2025, 21.05.2025 & 24.07.2025 (Annexure P/9) in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
