The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 131 of 2025 arising out of Dumaria P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024. It has been alleged that husband of the informant was found murdered and suspicion was cast upon the petitioner and another accused. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated only on account of suspicion due to a previous land dispute. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2024. Learned counsel adds that there are no eye witnesses to the incident. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner seems to have been implicated only on the basis of suspicion, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila in connection with S.T.
