This is an application for stay of impugned judgment & award dated 27.10.2025 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Sonitpur, Tezpur in MAC Case No. 56/2023(D) till the disposal of the connected MAC appeal. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Barman that they are ready to pay 50% of the awarded amount. 4.
