An application has been filed with a prayer for impleading Shri Tabom Bam, who is presently serving as the Director of Horticulture, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. It is submitted that the earlier Director who was impleaded as respondent No. 2 has retired from service. After considering the submissions at the bar, the application with a prayer to implead Shri Tabom Bam as respondent No. 3 is allowed. In this regard, the learned counsel for the respondents raised no objection. An amended cause title may be filed in connected Contempt Case (C) No. 29(AP)/2025.
