Directing the concerned Respondents to trace, produce and hand over to the Petitioner the original registered Sale Deed executed on 06.08.2015 and registered on 24.06.2019 in respect of flat No. C-9 /9551, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi; B. Direct an Inquiry into the loss/misplacement/ non-traceability of the original Sale Deed; C. Award compensation to the Petitioner for mental harassment, loss of valuable original sale deed and litigation costs and consequential relief D. Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 accepts notice. 5. No one is present on behalf of the remaining respondents despite being served advance notice. 6. The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction from this Court to direct the appropriate authorities to find or replace a lost original Sale Deed for the property in question. It is stated that the Sale deed was registered on 24.06.2019 and came to the notice of the petitioner during contempt proceedings on 11.04.2023. Thereafter, multiple requests for issuance of certified copy from end of the year 2025 to mid of the year 2026 were made, however, neither the Sale Deed has been constructed nor returned or traced. 7. In these circumstances, it is directed that the concerned authorities will trace the original Sale Deed executed on 06.08.2015, registered on 24.06.2019 for the property in question i.e. Flat No. C-9/9551, Vasant Kunj, Delhi, within a period of three months, and in case, the same is not traceable, the same will officially be reconstructed on the basis of record and a valid certified substitute will be provided to the petitioner herein. 8. It is also directed that an inquiry be initiated by the concerned authority as to how the documents were misplaced, as per the rules which permits them to do. 9.
