Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition and submits that since the Ramzan is going to begin he may be given sufficient time to surrender before the court concerned. 4. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender on 24.03.2026. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
